Revision policy
Through our 100% satisfaction guarantee offer, you may request as many changes as you like in your chosen logo design repair package. Turnaround on design revisions is approximate and based on complexity of logo repair project.
Refund and Cancellation fee
Grafix Vision reserves the right to refuse any logo repair project if the source material (files, sketches and/or digital images) are not developed or rendered to a point that allows us to work from the submitted material.
If the client wishes to cancel the project BEFORE revision requests of logo design repair project, there will be 50% design cost service charge.
If the client wishes to cancel the project AFTER revision requests of logo design repair, there will be 70% design cost service charge.
After the project is finalized no cancellation is available and no refund will be allowed. You will receive all artwork in your chosen logo repair package.
If the client fails to provide necessary feedback to the Grafix Vision desinger regarding any project for a period 30 days and more the project will be cancelled without refund.

Shipment Policy
We deliver all files via e-mail or will mail you a CD-Rom ($25 fee) on the date specified in your package. Shipping methods depend on package design choice.
Privacy Policy
We do not exchange your personal information with any organization or third party, in any form. The design once finalized by a customer, would not be used again, in any form. However, Grafix Vision reserves the right to display them as samples. If you have any objections, kindly notify us in advance.
