Upon completion of the work, the Client will be notified and have the opportunity to review it. The Client should notify Grafix Vision in writing of any unsatisfactory points within 5 days of receipt of such notification. Any of the work which has not been reported in writing to Grafix Vision as unsatisfactory within the 5 day review period will be deemed to have been approved.
Grafix Vision does not guarantee Client’s website ranking. As part of the search term optimization process it is highly likely that the content of your website will have to be altered. The content of a web page defines the topic of the page and needs to be consistent with other html elements on the page.
Revision policy
Through our 100% satisfaction guarantee offer, you may request as many changes as you like in your chosen SEO copywriting/copyediting package. Please review all packages carefully. One package may be chosen to reach the final design. The purpose of the revision process is to create responses that move forward in a specific direction as determined by the Client.
Extra major copywriting changes will be charged at current hourly rates. Extra minor changes will be charged at half hour per regular SEO copywriting hourly rates.
Refund and Cancellation fee
If the Client wishes to cancel the project before presentation of any concepts of design for the project, there will be a $100 administrative service charge. After the project is closed, any additional work on the project becomes the property of Grafix Vision.
After project finalization no cancellation is available, there will be a 100% design cost charge. You will receive all body contents in your chosen copywriting/copyediting package.
If the Client wishes to cancel the project they need to do so by sending a written cancellation notice. If the Client fails to provide the necessary feedback to Grafix Vision regarding any project for a period 60 days or more the project will be cancelled. After the project is closed, all work related to the project becomes
the exclusive property of Grafix Vision.

Copyright
The Client owns the copyright upon receipt of full payment. Otherwise, all concepts, revisions & editing created in the project remain the exclusive property of Grafix Vision.
Shipment Policy
All project files will be sent via-email within 24 hours of finalization.
Privacy Policy
We do not exchange your personal information with any organization or third party, in any form. The design once finalized by a customer, would not be used again in any form. However, Grafix Vision reserves the right to display them as samples. If you have any objections, kindly notify us in advance.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO SEO COPYWRITING/COPYEDITING SERVICE. OTHER PROJECTS OR SERVICES MAY BE BOUND BY SEPARATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
