Website content

Client’s responsibility is to supply all materials and information required for Grafix Vision to complete the work in accordance with the agreed specification. Text content for website is required to be formatted in Word or any other text editor program. All packages include basic level Search Engine Optimization and Grafix Vision does not guarantee Client’s website ranking.

Upon completion of the work, the Client will be notified and have the opportunity to review it. The Client should notify Grafix Vision in writing, of any unsatisfactory points within 7 days of receipt of such notification. Any unsatisfactory work which has not been reported in writing to Grafix Vision within the 7 day review period will be deemed to have been approved.

Content and graphic elements provided by the Client is the sole responsibility of that client and Grafix Vision shall not be liable for any legal issues, offense and disputes that may arise from this content now
or in the future.

Website Maintenance.

This agreement allows for minor website maintenance including updating lines and making minor changes
to a sentence or paragraph. It does not include updating or replacing nearly all the text from a page
with new text, major page reconstruction, and navigation structure changes. Major page changes
will be charged at current hourly rates. Minor changes will be charged at half hour per regular website hourly rates.

Revision policy

Through our 100% satisfaction guarantee offer, you may request as many changes as you like in your chosen website project. Please review the website packages carefully. One design may be chosen to reach the final design. Revisions and iterations may only be made to the one chosen design as specified by you. At that point, we will develop that particular design or combination of designs to reach the final design. The purpose of the revision process is to create responses that move forward in a specific direction as determined by the Client.

Refund and Cancellation fee

If the Client wishes to cancel the project before presentation of any concepts of design for the project, there will be a $50 administration service charge. After the project is closed, any additional work on project becomes the property of Grafix Vision.

If the Client wishes to cancel the project after presentation and before or after any revision requests
of preliminary design for the project, there will be 75% design cost service charge. After the project
is closed, all work related to the project (not including materials supplied by the Client) become the exclusive property of Grafix Vision.

After project finalization no cancellation available, there will be a 100% design cost charge. You will
receive all artwork in your chosen website package.

If the Client wishes to cancel the project they need to do so by sending a written cancellation notice.
If the Client fails necessary feedback to the Grafix Vision regarding any project for a period 60 days
or more, the project will be cancelled. After the project is closed, all work related to the project becomes
the exclusive property of Grafix Vision.

Payment terms

50% with firm purchase order
25% prior to concept submission
25% prior to final artwork release

Domain Name Registration/Reservation & Hosting

The Client will reserve and register domain name(s). Grafix Vision is not responsible if such name(s) is unavailable for any reason. Client is responsible for all domain name fees and registration costs.
The Client is responsible for all hosting fees and registration costs.

Website uploading and installation on your server.

Grafix Vision does not install the pages on the Client’s web host server. Installation is available. Additional work will be quoted per project. Any installation onto your server will require FTP access to your website.

Copyright

The Client owns the copyright upon receipt of full payment. Otherwise, all artwork, concepts, revisions, editing & re-drawing created in the project remains the exclusive property of Grafix Vision.

Shipment Policy

All artwork files will be available for download from Grafix Vision website or sent via-email within 24 hours of finalization.

Privacy Policy

We do not exchange your personal information with any organization or third party, in any form. The design, once finalized by a client, would not be used again in any form. However, Grafix Vision reserves the right to display them as samples. If you have any objections, kindly notify us in advance.
